Nha Lua supports size or design exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the product still has its original tags and has not been worn or washed. Please contact Nha Lua for prompt assistance.
How long does delivery take?
Major cities/provinces: Delivery within 2–5 business days.
Other provinces/cities:
Central areas: 3–4 days shipping.
Suburban areas, districts, communes: 3–7 days shipping.
Note: Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. For orders paid by credit card, processing time begins after Nha Lua receives payment confirmation.
