SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

At Nha Lua, we are committed to providing fast, safe, and cost-effective delivery for every order. This policy applies to all customers purchasing through our website, fanpage, or by phone order. It does not apply to in-store purchases.

1. SHIPPING FEES

Nha Lua applies shipping fees according to rates agreed upon with our delivery partners. Our current shipping partner is Viettelpost.

 Reference fee: 30,000 VND, depending on the delivery area.

2. DELIVERY TIME

  • Major cities/provinces: Delivery within 2–5 business days.

  • Other provinces/cities:

    • Central areas: 3–4 days shipping.

    • Suburban areas, districts, communes: 3–7 days shipping.

Note: Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. For orders paid by credit card, processing time begins after Nha Lua receives payment confirmation.

 In the event of bad weather, natural disasters, epidemics, or other special circumstances, delivery times may change without prior notice. We appreciate your understanding.

3. DELIVERY PROCESS

  • Each order will be attempted for delivery up to 3 times. If the first attempt is unsuccessful, we will contact you again within 3 business days to reschedule delivery.

  • If there is no response after 3 delivery attempts, the order will be automatically cancelled.

4. UPON RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

  •  Please carefully inspect the product and sign for it with the delivery staff.

  •  Keep the shipping receipt for reference in case of any complaints..

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or shows any signs of abnormality, please contact our Customer Service team immediately for assistance.

5. INSPECTION POLICY

– Upon delivery, customers have the right to ask the delivery staff to open the package for inspection before confirming receipt.

  • If the delivered product does not match the type or design ordered, customers have the right to refuse delivery without payment.
  •  If payment was made in advance but the wrong product was received, customers have the right to request a refund or a replacement matching the original order.
