EXCHANGE POLICY

However, if anything leaves you unsatisfied, Nha Lua sincerely apologizes. We are committed to assisting you promptly with the flexible and swift exchange policy below:

1. PRODUCT EXCHANGE

1.1 EXCHANGE DUE TO NHA LUA'S FAULT - FREE SHIPPING COST

– Condition of the product upon receipt:

  •  The product was delivered with the wrong quantity, or does not match the information listed on the website, such as images, color, or materials…

  • The product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect (glue defects, stitching defects, fabric issues, etc.).

1.2 EXCHANGE DUE TO CUSTOMER'S PREFERENCE - CUSTOMER COVERS SHIPPING COST (APPROX. 30,000 VND)

– Applicable cases:

  • Customer wishes to change size, color, etc.
  • Customer is not satisfied with the product quality.

2. EXCHANGE PERIOD

Products may be exchanged within 3 days from the date of receipt (counted from when the customer receives the order).

3. EXCHANGE PROCESS

– Condition: The shop will only process exchanges for orders with an unboxing video.

Step 1: Customer contacts Nha Lua’s customer care team via Zalo, Facebook, or phone to confirm the exchange.

        + The shipping code on the order is required.

Step 2: Prepare the item and hand it to the shipper upon pickup.
Step 3: The order will be inspected and confirmed as valid.
Step 4: Nha Lua will send you the appropriate replacement product.
